Mission and Outreach
Through profits from our various annual dinners and the generous giving of our congregation and other community members, we are able to sponsor several mission outreach programs on the local, state, national and international levels.
Dinners
We hold four annual dinners, two in spring and two in fall. Half the proceeds from these dinners go directly to our missions.
Special Offerings
Several times a year we hold special offerings during worship to help fund particular programs. These include Church Wold Service blankets and cleanup kits, the Christmas Joy Offering, the Gary N, Olson Camp Fund, Vacation Bible School, the Souper Bowl offering, and others. We also take donations for local charities at different times of the year, including gifts for sponsored CYS families, dry/canned goods for the local Community Action program (ICCAP), items for cleanup kits, etc. that are assembled and sent away to places in need, and the Baby Bottle Fund for a local pregnancy center.
Groups
Small groups can make a big impact in local mission! Our sewing group, The Material Gals, make quilts to be donated to the Nurse Family Partnership. The high school class at Vacation Bible School also participates in a mission project during their craft period. In the past they have made tie blankets and quillos for local shelters and disaster relief agencies, and pillowcase dresses for little girls in Africa.
You can help too!
If you are interested in becoming involved in any of the mission projects sponsored by our church or to find out how to make a donation, please send us an email! You can find a complete list of our current mission projects below.

One Great Hour of Sharing (also international) - A gift to One Great Hour of Sharing enables the church to share God’s love with our neighbors-in-need around the world by providing relief to those affected by natural disasters, provide food to the hungry, and helping to empower the poor and oppressed.
